Dear All,
This project is quite unique regarding parking which raises some challanging questions but hope you can help me.
So it's a major renovation located in a dense, historical downtown location.
It has some dedicated(!) on-street parking places, so I would count those towards the credit requirements and I think they could even manage to build-out EVSE for the required number of these spaces.
However the project leases more parking spaces in a public underground parking garage nearby, where obviously they have no influence on changing anything.
So the question whether offsite leased parking spaces should also comply with the EVSE requirements?
Thank you.

Actually I've just checked the 4.1 language and it starts like this "Provide charging infrastructure for electric vehicles for on-site parking."
Maybe this solves the problem?
