We are working on a project with a Master Site and 2 registered projects on the site. For Construction Credits such as Mr 4 Recycled Content our budget is for the overall project, not building specific.
Additionally, IEQ credits for Low Emiting Materials, we have these broken out by submittals for the overall project, not per specific building.
For documentation, do I need to duplicate information for these credits in both "Projects", or provide the documentation in the Master Site documents?

From what you described I would guess that a Group submission within a Master Site is the most streamlined approach.
