The cutsheet of our concrete sealer says 45-65 @60 degrees for the gloss/sheen. Does anyone know, if that is the % reflectivity number we should use or is there a forumla for accounting for the color of the concrete?

Hi Sadie,
Unlike gloss/sheen, the LRV/reflectance value of a material is the total visible light reflected in all directions at all wavelengths, so the angle is not relevant. Keep in mind, that you want the value for reflectance, not reflectivity. Reflectance is actually not related to how shining or glossy a material is. It is an evaluation of the ability of the color to reflect or absorb light (0% would be black, 100% would be full white).
I would ask the manufacturer for the "reflectance" value, or use the IES Handbook to look up a value for sealed concrete. Alternatively, you could measure a sample with a spectrophotometer.
