COVID-19 job site plan

Hi all, hope you're keeping safe and healthy. I'm thinking about protocols to put in place on jobsites related to COVID-19 in addition to our IAQ plans. Wondering if anyone's company has started to layout specific protocols, PPE, etc. and is willing to share.

What got me thinking was this article from Prof. Joe Allen at Harvard about precaustions you can take when living with someone who may be infected. For our jobs that are still operational these workers are taking risks and bringing them home to their families. https://www.usatoday.com/story/opinion/2020/03/24/coronavirus-testing-shortage-take-precautions-just-in-case-column/2899989001/

Thanks!

Here is the Elevator and Manlift Guidleines that my firm just sent out:  Primary use of elevator and manlift is for materials, equipment
and employees who are unable to use the stairs safely.
· Be aware and remain in compliance of CDC recommended social
distancing of 6 feet while gathering and waiting for elevator or
manlift to arrive.
· Observe signage posted and comply with total of 2 passengers per
run within exterior manlifts.
· Observe signage posted and comply with total of 1 passengers per
run within interior elevators.
· Stand on or near designated marked spots located on floor of
elevator or manlifts while traveling.
· While posturing to enter or exit elevator or manlift be aware of
others within immediate area of travel and maintain CDC guideline
of 6 feet of separation.
· Manlfit gates will be opened and closed by attending operator
only.
· Call buttons and radio devices located outside of elevator or
manlift will be cleaned and sanitized by operator at regular
intervals:  8:00am, 11:00am, and 1:00pm daily for all floors.
· If it is not necessary to use elevators or manlifts, take the stairs
while maintaining the CDC recommended distance of 6 feet.

Thank you for the question and responses as we also put together our protocols.  I appreciate it.

Conor, anything in your plan you're willing to or able to share with the group?
