Option 1 Warehouse Exceptions for Multi-occupant spaces?

Hello, 

It seems unreasonable or energy efficient for the multi-occupant spaces in a storage warehouse to meet the criteria for Option 1 in this credit. Are there any exceptions for warehouses? Is not treated like retail in this case?
