International RPC available on USGBC site but ineligible when submitting credits

Hello everyone,

My project is in Asia, and I am confused as to why my project is not eligible for RPC when I am in the credit form submission and documentation uploads, but when I look it up on the https://www.usgbc.org/rpc site, the area where my project is located is eligible for a few RPCs.

What do I do? Contact USGBC or is my understanding incorrect?

Yes, something seems to not be working in LEED Online for you. Contact GBCI to get this cleared up.

I have contacted leed through the feedback option in the leed online page as per

Hopefully they will get back to me.
