NC-v4 SSc2:Site development - protect or restore habitat

100% Greenfield Site

If we are designing a project on a 100% greenfield land, therefore no previously developed area is present. How can we achieve credit for option 1, or do we necessarily go with option 2 in order to gain credit requirements?

Yes, the reference manual states that Option 2 must be used if site is 100% greenfield.
