Chilled Water rinsing / cleaning - How to ensure safe disposal ?

Hello LEED Community,

I'm working on a project where, as a part of HVAC commissioning process, a chilled water system has to be rinsed using specific chemical products to avoid corrosion.

Do you have any ideas how to ensure the rinsing contaminated waters are safely disposed of as an ECSP measure ?
