Community contaminant prevention - Airborne Releases

Hello,

I found the pilot credit "Community contaminant prevention - Airborne Releases" under the v4 pilot credits, however I have also read that this credit is only available for v2009 projects. Has anyone achieved this pilot credit in a v4 project? And if so, what sort of documentation was required?

Thanks!

Hi Verde, We are submitting this pilot credit for a LEEDv4 project. Our project has boilers and smaller water heaters that use natural gas. We are submitting product datasheets and specs confirming that the equipment meets emissions limits per SCAQMD 1146.2.

yes, we achieved this credit for a v4 project. It's not very complicated - include a list of combustion equipment and cutsheets to show it meets the emissions standards. Most equipment does comply. However, we are looking to pursue it for a school project and I find it intersting that kitchen equipment is not listed as a category to include. Curious of others have found this to be the case?
