Can someone direct me to the CIR that states that
Off-site renewable energy can be used to offset the building energy cost savings/greenhouse gas emissions that are simulated as part of the building energy model?
What are the conditions that the off-site PV array has to fulfill to be used as part of the Optimize Energy Performance credit?
