Is there any way around the requirement that no more than 30% of the materials used to meet Option 2 be structure and enclosure items?

Recycled Content of Concrete Documentation Issue due to Concrete supplier considering information proprietary

I was wondering if anyone had trouble getting concrete mix design information (mass of recycled SCM's and material costs of concrete) due to the concrete supplier considering this information as proprietary. Will a simple letter from the supplier stating the "total recycled content value from SCM's per m3" be accepted by the USGBC?

I would think that such a letter would suffice. Recycled content is an area where a variety of documentation has typically been considered allowable, as long as it is credible.
