In the project we working on, there is a water cooled electrically operated chilling package.

This chiller however is used as chiller/heater, whereby during the heating period it is providing heat while utilizing as an evaporator energy source a closed ground loop cirquit.

Please advice how such equipment should be addressed to Table 6.8.1.c, or should it be as non-regulated, meaning its COP is to be estimated based on the operating temperatures difference between the condenser and evaporator and of course upon confirmation from the manufacturer.
