Can ASHRAE 90.1 - 2010 Table 6.5.1B be applied to a LEED PRM models. For example we have an IT / computer server room where the load is less than 40kW - therefore am I correct in saying that an economiser is not required for the Baseline System 3 system in this instance given the small load. Our Climate Zone is 5A.
