Drainage Concrete Pipes

Hi all,

I would like to know if Drainage Concrete Pipes fit into the calculation of materials with recycled content, because these pipes, although made of concrete, have the function of draining rainwater from the ground. May I consider or are they part of facilities and should not be considered for credit?
