The Reference Guides for both v4 and v4.1 state that:
The Declare product label must meet the following requirements:
o Declare labels designated as Red List Free or Declared.
o Declare labels designated as LBC Compliant that demonstrate content inventory to 0.1%
(1000 ppm).
It is not clear if either/or or both must be met. The forum on this credit for v4 seems to indicate that Declare labels designated as Red List Free or Declared are sufficient on their own. Is this true for v4.1 as well?
