Hi,
I am modeling a tenant improvement with an existing shell, new lighting and HVAC. The report is showing 16.5% savings with no renewables and 31% with renewables. I have just filled out the performance_outputs_1 tab on the v4_Minimum Energy Performance Calculator_v05 calculator. For projects using the California Energy Code how much of the spreadsheet needs to be completed beyond the performance_outputs_1 tab?

I think that the old input summary reports (Section 1.4 tables) generated by EnergyPro would be acceptable instead of completing the whole MEPC.

Marcus,
Thanks very much for your feedback.
Once last question, since the T24 energy code is pretty much a closed loop system does the unmet load hours still apply?
Thanks again.

I am not certain but I think that is just a 90.1 thing and not applicable to Title 24 projects.
