Condo Building with EXTREMELY small units - around 400 sf

We are performing blower door tests on a condo project with units as small as 400 sf. The testing firm has indicated that the requirements for compliance are unreasonable and very challenging on a unit of this size, compared to the larger sf units that the testing paramaters were set around. Has there been any CIR or precedence on modifying the testing parameters for units of this small sf?
