So the project is to submit metering data through the USGBC-approved data template as per the Arch preferences.  However, since I've been charged with filling out the instructions tab, I'm looking into what has to be filled out in that tab and it I'm stumped as to how to fill out the operating hours and building occupancy.  Has anyone had a similar issue before?  Also, since this is a major renovation project, do i put the year of construction for the original structures under "year built" or should I put the year of when the current project is to be built?
