On-Site Renewable Purchase Agreement

I am working on a project which install PV panels on the roof. Since the the PV panels supplier has also the same owner with my project, how will I document Purchase Agreement with 10year commitment? Got also confused on the 10 year commitment meaning.

Hoping that someone can share their thoughts on this. Thanks in advance.

That only applies to systems that are leased or the PV electricity is obtained through a power purchase agreement. It does not apply to a system that is purchased outright.
