Hi, I'm a little confused.
After made all the calculations for a project of 6 stories with three different types of materials in the facades, I don't understand which and how many SF of glass needs the treatment.

Hi, Miguel,
First, are you using the latest version of PC-55? It was updated in 2016 (search at USGBC via LEEDv4 IN credits). Now to your question: what glass in your project requires treatment? The calculator is set up to give you the most flexibility in answering that question. Since you are aiming for a whole-building score (or "BCTR") of 15 or less, you will notice how this number changes as you modify characteristics of glass in the worksheet. If you have two types of glass, you could treat one (lets say a frit) in order to reduce it's material threat factor (MTF). You should notice that the BCTR goes down once you select a treated glazing product. The building score is also influenced by % of glass in case you are flexible with that. Don't forget that highly reflective surfaces (like mirrors) count as "glass" as far as a bird is concerned and should be calculated as high risk (in case used in spandrel conditions, for example).
