Do the required savings for this prerequisite (and credit) need to come only from building energy, or also process loads?

Dear concern We are working in a huge industrial project without any lighting controls such as dimming control , Occupancy sensor and time relay Our clarifications are 1.Is there any mandatory requirement for lighting in proposed case 2.can I consider mandatory requirement only in basecase ( in reality no lighting controls available in project ) 3.is the project not qualified for if we don't have lighting controls

1. Yes the mandatory provisions include some for lighting see Section 9.4.  2. No 3. Projects must meet the mandatory provisions to qualify for this prerequisite.
