Is painted gypsum considered a hard-lid ceiling

I am looking at the "Negatively Pressurized Rooms" section for this credit, and I noticed that separation method includes an option for hard-lid ceiling. I am curious, after looking at the finalized bid drawings for the project building, is painted gypsum ceiling considered a hard-lid ceiling??
