NC-v4 MPR2:Must use reasonable LEED boundaries

Zero Lot line project

Hello to all Leed User community,

Zero Lot line project mean that I have no open space around my project, right?

If I have a open space area and I choose me Leed Boundary to be only around the building, is this the case of a Zero Lot Line project?

In what credits in LEED v4 BD+C  are used Zero Lot Line exceptions?  I see Zero lot line is mentioned at the "Rainwater management" credit.

Thank you

Yes, that is correct. I wouldn't say there are a lot of "exceptions" in LEED for this. Simply some credits where there are particular considerations, either that LEED has put forward or that projects try to navigate. Generally these would be the site and location related credits and prerequisites.

Thanks Tristan, Is there maybe a link where I could find more information for zero lot line buildings?

I'm not aware of any specific resources, but check the intro sections to the LEED Reference Guide. Also questions come up here on LEEDuser frequently, so scan through this for anything that catches your eye: https://leeduser.buildinggreen.com/forums/zero%20lot%20line lastly, just keep posting to specific LEEDuser forums!
