NC-v4 EQp1:Minimum indoor air quality performance

DX unit fan cycling with occupancy

Hi

I have some of the amenity spaces in a residential building served by small constant flow DX units. The outside air is routed to the units and balanced to provide the required minimum OA. The operation of the compressor and fan are controlled by cooling and heading loads.  Does this configuration meet LEED requirements for ventilation or the fan needs to be controlled separately by an occupancy sensor? Also, should the air flow be monitored by current transducer or similar monitoring device?

Thank you,
