Project in Europe

Hello to all,

For Projects that are outside USA, in my case in Europe can I comply with Option 1? Also comply ASHRAE 55-2010?

Or is it necessary to comply with Option 2?

You can choose either option. I think most projects in Europe would choose Option 2 in order to use European standards, but you could choose Option 1.
