I recommend pursuing this pilot credit as an innovation point on any project. It's great to be able to incorporate biophilic design strategies into projects. Teams considering pursuing this should think about strategies with stakeholder groups early in the project to help translate these goals to real design features in the project.

I agree, especially because of the number of strategies required to achieve the credit, just adopt environmental features on furniture and interior design are not enough. To make the achievement of the credit easier, strategies in the choice of the project site, the building facade and all interior layout must be considered to be well succeeded in this pilot credit.

I agree with everything said above. Also having an interior designer on the project team to help with some of the design strategies is quite helpful, especially in the selection of lighting fixtures, flooring choices, and finish types.
