Possible points for Pilot Credit EQpc124 - Performance-based indoor air quality design and assessment for LEED v2009 project

I am currently working on a LEED v2009 CS project.  We are considering pursuing this pilot credit; however, as a v2009 project, we are trying to determine how many points we will be eligible to earn.  Based on the point allocation summary, with the exception of 1 innovation point, all of the credits that are listed as being able to earn 1 point are LEED v4 credits.  Does this mean we are only eligible for the 1 point under innovation in design since the remaining credits aren't available on a v2009 project?
