Hello ,

I have a 5 floors building that will have retail and serviced apartments , we are not quite sure if this can fall under new construction or we should consider it under hospitality ?

Soha, it sounds like it's mainly a Hospitality project. That said, you generally have discretion in choosing the LEED rating system that best fits the project. I would review the LEED hospitality requirements and see if there are good opportunities there for you to take advantage of—or any pitfalls in either system for your project—before committing to one.
