NC-v4 WEc2:Indoor water use reduction

No process water equipments

Hi,

we are currently certifying a building that will not be endowed with process water equipments (dishwashers, food steamers, etc). Given this, do we automatically earn the two available credits related with water efficiency for these type of equipments?

Please note that for cooling towers credits, when there aren't cooling towers installed and some other conditions are verified, the available points are earned.

I do not believe projects would be eligible for the 1-2 points if they don't have the related equipment; those would just be points that are not applicable to the individual project.
