The credit requirements are allowed to exempt unfinished wood flooring from the credit requirements, but wood flooring is almost always finished. This is confusing!

expiration of floorscore certification or CRI GLP during construction:

at time of submittal review/approval floor product had current certification.

time has elapsed and the floor has not been purchased or installed yet.

Floor certification has expired a month ago. Floor will be installed in about 2 months.

Will the old floor certification be suitable for LEED reviewers? Again at time of installation the certification will have been expired for 3 months or so. I have a feeling the floor certification needs to be current at time of installation.
