We use an emulsifier tested as PH7 to replace a carbon burn out using fossil fuel . 

End result - low carbon concrete with high thermal value. 

Quick set - removal of props in 12 hours for walls and roof.

Eliminate the use of air conditionning and heating . Economy in Gas and fossilfuel .

Hi, the product you describe could potentially contribute to LEED credit compliance, but you are going to need to provide more specific documentation, specific to the credit(s) you hope to contribute to. I'd suggest carefully reviewing the LEED MR credits and identifying what you would like to achieve.
