NC-v4 MRc1:Building life-cycle impact reduction

Material reuse

The question is regarding onsite material reuse. Can these materials be doubly counted, both for OP-3-Building & material reuse, MRc1(as %surface area) as well as for  in OP-1,Diversion(as wt/vol) of MRc5, Const & demolition waste management?

From my reading of the credit requirements, you cannot, unless you are deconstructing the materials in question, which doesn't seem consistent with the kinds of materials you are talking about under MRc1.
