I have a commercial kitchen facility that has a number of plumbing fixtures used for pot filling, etc, which are considered process water (and is reflected as such in the Water Use Reduction calculations). Since these fixtures utilize hot water, can the energy used to heat this process water also be considered part of the process load? This would have to be separated from the energy used to heat other plumbing fixtures (lavatories, hand sinks, etc).
