EBOM-v4 LTc1:Alternative transportation

Transportation rate threshold between 45% and 50%

Hi all,

 

I am pursuing option 2 of this credit- using a survey to monitor alternative transportation methods. After having calculated the rate using the alternative transportation calculator, I arrive at a 48.2% ATR. 

 

My question is, should I expect this number be rounded up to 50% to achieve the 11 points or will it be rounded down to 45 to achieve 10 points?

Laura, in LEED you generally need to round in whatever direction makes things more difficult. You can't round up to achieve a credit threshold.
