Production plant - LEED system selection

What is the most appropriate LEED system for a new production plant? Can we register the project under LEED for Warehouses and Distribution Centers?

If it is a manufacturing facility, I don't think Warehouses and Distribution Centers will capture it properly.

We just completed a very thorough evaluation of a manufacturing plant that including a warehouse portion. Found that LEEDv4 BD+C New Construction was a much better fit that Warehouses and Distribution Centers.

Thank you for your reply. Does it mean that we can choose one of these two systems (LEED for New Construction or LEED for Warehouses and Distribution Centers) according to our preferences? I guess that in some cases LEED for Warehouses might be more appropriate.
