Is it possible to do a LEED EB O+M certification for a 5000 sq. ft. office within a 350,000 sq. ft building. The entire building was certified GOLD in BD+C but this certain office space did not finish the LEED ID+C for commercial interiors during the Office Remodel...Since the commissioning was supposed to be done during the design phase and now the office has been complete for over a year, Can it be certified as O+M for an existing building?
Thanks

O+M is a whole building rating system - you can't certify just a portion of the building. Unfortunately, it's all or nothing.
