it is Existing G+12 data centre building here the 13 floors are occupied by different data centre and non data centre tenants but the entire control like Electricity bill & Central air conditioning will be available with building owner

Now the building owner wants to certify the building in LEED

1.is it possible to certify the entire building occupy by different tenant in LEED EBOM

please explain how to apply for the building in LEED EBOM certification

Yes, LEED-EBOM is a system meant to be used for whole buildings. Many EBOM buildings are multi-tenant. This can present some hurdles, but you can work through them (particularly with the info on LEEDuser). Go to USGBC.org for more info on EBOM and to register.
