Existing Data centre MPR Enquiry
1.it is G+10 building here we have 3 floor for office and administration and 4 floor are using for Data center equipment like server and another 4 floor is kept as ideal it is is ideal stage (just a space no work, no equipments) for past 10 years it may occupy later but electrical and HVAC works are already there if they get client or work it will occupy
so now we have following queries
1.is it eligible for LEED
2.is it possible to certify the G+10 for LEED EBOM
3.How can we apply either the G+10 or Exclusive of unoccupied floor
