NC-2009 WEp1:Water Use Reduction—20% Reduction

Different GPF for two WC's in same fixture group

In an office building the the public restrooms have two kinds of Dual Flush WC's with different gpf, one WC has 0.79 gpf and the other one has 0.82 gpf.

In this case, can I make them as average like  or choose the fixture with the largest gpf (0.82)?

You could either use the fixture with the largest gpf to be conservative, or you can split the uses between the two fixtures by entering two different lines in the calculator and setting a percentage for usage for each fixture.  If you choose to go this route, be sure to provide a description for how the percentages were determined (which occupants are expected to use which fixtures).
