NC-2009 IEQc4.3:Low-Emitting Materials—Flooring Systems

Low emitting VOC Quartz

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask about a specific material: quartz. Some providers are claiming that their quartz is VOC low-emitting and contributes to IEQ 4.3. Flooring Systems, but I can't find a specific value for this in the guides. We're using this as a countertop for a bathroom lavatory, so I don't understand why is would be under flooring.
