Out client has a situation like that: They want to build a building and then for tenant rent the roof ( the concrete roof without any complement. The tenant promise to decorate and make the roof following the criteria of LEED v4 as mentioned in SSc5 to meet the requirement ( option 1). Our concern is that can we achieve the credit like that way or what should we do to achieve this credit in this situation.
