Dear all,
The project owner of the building that we are assessing wants to have 21 of their 136 parking spaces dedicated to green vehicles. He also wants to have 18 of these with electric vehicle chargers. If we consider that at least 3 parking spaces have chargers (2% of total) and, in addition more than 7 (5%) of parking spaces are dedicated to green vehicles we think that the purpose of the credit was achieved, correct?
