Wall Putty VOC content measured in gram/kg

The test certificate for VOC content received from Laboratory for wall putty is in grams/kg, whereas LEED specifies the limit in grams/liter. Is this certificate in grams/kg acceptable under LEED V 2009? And what is the corresponding LEED limit for the same?
