Hello,
We're currently modelling a museum in Portugal in which I am using the Space-by-Space Method for Baseline building's LPD and I have a doubt wether to model enhancement fixtures for the museum pieces (art expositions) as general lighting or if I can model it as additional interior light power (as per ASHRAE 90.1 - 2007, section 9.6.2 - a)).
a) If so, how do I model it in the Proposed building? As interior lighting (but excluded from general lighting) or as process load?
b) Assuming that I model it as additional interior light in the Proposed, the Baseline should have the general lighting (calculated as per table 9.6.1) AND that additional light power for the art enhancement fixtures. Am I right here?
Thank you in advance!

a. Any additional lighting under 9.6.2 up to the allowance gets modeled identically in the baseline and proposed models based on the lighting design/installation. It is part of the lighting and not a process load.
b. yes
