Our office project will occupy two floors of a newly constructed building and the building owner will provide all water fixtures including water closets, lavatory faucets and kitchen faucets. Any water fixture is not in the tenant project scope so that this project is exempt from the prerequisite.
The base building will use rain water for flush and that can reduce potable water use.
This credit includes the fixtures outside the project boundary that the tenant occupant use. Can we still claim the points here even if none of the fixture is within the project boundary and the project is exempt from the prerequisite?
Thank you.
