I know MEP components are not included in the MR4 credit. What about piping or duct insulation? Insulation is part of Division 7, so I say it should be included. My project is the C&S renovation of a 4 story office building with all new MEP. Therefore MEP is at least 75% of the budget and that's why I'm trying to include every material I possibly can.
