CS-v4 WEc4:Water metering

only 2 subsystems required?

I just want to make sure that it is sufficient to meter 2 subsystems; not all that are available in a project. Is this correct? I a project, there is irrigation and of course fixtures and fittings. There may be decentral on-demand domestic water heaters (small ones in each restroom of the tenant spaces). To my understanding it is not required to meter domestic hot water; as long as irrigation and fixtures and fittings are metered. Is this correct?

Hi, We are in the case of group certification including 3 office buildings and common spaces like canteen and auditorium. The Reference Guide states that each building in the group must meet the credit requirements for submetering indoor plumbing, DHW and process water. All building in the group can be served by the same submeter for irrigation, boilers and reclaimed water provided that all water used is captured. In our case the ground water is used in two ways: 1) direct cooling with radiant panels and chilled beams through heat exchangers; 2) heating and cooling source for heat pumps/chillers of the central HVAC plant serving the entire building complex Ground water as per point 1) is metered per each building. Ground water as per point 2) is metered as a whole central plant consumption because it cannot be splitted per single building. Do you think this strategy is acceptable to meet the credit requirement for process water?
