Does anyone know if this credit can be achieved with bus service alone? The text of the requirement seems to use the word "or" leading me to believe that you can get this credit with only one type of public transportation, but Table 1 makes it sound like you have to have "multiple transit types." My project is located in downtown Napa, CA where there is plenty of bus service but no other modes of transit (sadly, the wine train doesn't count).
