Project size increase

Dear all In a project that we are certificating LEED C&S v3 the owner has modified the OPRs, specificly the project size and the MEP system. 1. The project size has increased because the owner requires to include 1 additional level of parking basement. 2. The MEP systems can be modified because the MEPs will travel through a raised floor above the slab and not suspended under it. At this moment the next step for us should be to go for the Design Final Review but given that these are significant modifications, should we register the project again? Can we use any of the information that we have uploaded (including some approved credits) or should we start all over again? Thanks!
