LEED 2009 allowed the use of private shuttle buses in the achievement of SSc4.1: Alternative Transportation if "Shuttle buses should provide direct access to transit facilities within 2 miles of the project site, approximately a 5-10 minute drive, and must be available to all project occupants." My question is that can we earn point by providing private shuttle buses under LEED V4 LTcredit Access to Quality Transit? if not, which credit should we aim to comply by this shuttle offer?

Hanh, see our credit guidance on this page: private shuttles do not count for this credit. Nor is there another credit that they could count toward, except, very indirectly, reduced parking footprint.If you should do an existing buildings certification or Arc down the road, your performance score will benefit.
